We're seeking an experienced Tax Associate or Senior Tax Associate to join our growing team. This is a hybrid/onsite position that allows you to thrive professionally while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.Key responsibilities include providing tax advice and guidance to clients, preparing complex tax returns and analyzing financial information, preparing and reviewing business, individual and corporate tax returns, year end strategic tax planning, managing and mentoring tax team, building customer relationships, and financial statement reviewing.What you need for this position includes 2+ years of public accounting experience (with a CPA firm) and a CPA or EA preferred but not required.This opportunity stands out with a salary of $75-105k+ depending on experience, yearly bonuses, partner/director fast track offered, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with company match, strong PTO (depending on experience), profit sharing, much better work life balance year round, and paid holidays.
