Information Technology Manager

Overview As the IT Manager you will oversee the information technology systems and operations of our company in Atlanta. You will work closely with other departments to ensure our technology infrastructure meets the needs of the business and supports our growth objectives. Responsibilities Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to support business goals. Manage and maintain all technology systems, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications. Monitor system performance and security, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to recommend new technologies or improvements to current systems. Ensure data backups are performed regularly and disaster recovery plans are in place. Oversee IT budget and make strategic recommendations for technology investments. Lead a team of IT professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of networking protocols, operating systems, databases, and security protocols. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage a team effectively. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Compensation Salary: $1200 per month. Location Atlanta.
