QUALITY INSPECTOR# QUALITY INSPECTORHot JobUT - Gunnison, UT 84634## Description**Reports to:** Quality Director **Schedule:** Full-Time, Monday – Thursday### Position SummaryThe Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all manufactured parts meet established quality standards before moving through production. This role involves hands-on inspection, accurate measurement, and proactive troubleshooting of quality concerns. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, is confident using precision tools, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.### Key Responsibilities* Inspect parts and components to verify they meet required specifications.* Use precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.* Accurately document inspection results and maintain quality records.* Identify, troubleshoot, and communicate quality concerns to production and leadership.* Collaborate with team members and leadership to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.* Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department.* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.### Qualifications* Previous experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or related field preferred.* Strong knowledge of inspection methods and measurement tools.* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.* High attention to detail and accuracy in recording measurements.* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.* Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.### What We Offer* Consistent four-day work week (Monday–Thursday).* Competitive pay and benefits package.* Opportunity to contribute to a quality-driven culture.* Supportive team environment focused on growth and improvement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
