Job Summary

Registered Nurse, Intensive Care Unit — Tehachapi. Provides coordinated nursing care for individual patients or assigned patient groups while supervising nursing staff and coordinating interdisciplinary care. Job Details

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or ARC-ALS certification; American Heart Association (AHA) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or ARC-PALS certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); acute care facility experience.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing patient data, developing and implementing individualized care plans, evaluating patient outcomes, coordinating care with patients, families, and healthcare providers, providing health education, participating in discharge planning, and appropriately delegating duties to healthcare team members.
