Maintenance Technician

Shift: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (Monday-Friday/Weekend availability needed)

Pay: $27.00-$29.54

Primary Responsibilities

Work in a team environment

• Machine maintenance processes including electronic, electrical, and mechanical installations, as well as repairs, preventative, and predictive maintenance
• Ability to understand operational manuals and calibrate machinery as required
• Maintain plant safety, housekeeping standards and quality checks within the manufacturing environment

Must be able to climb ladders and grain storage bins, as well as handle 50 lb. bags. Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with problem solving process
• Basic mechanical systems (gearboxes, pulleys, drag chains, augers, bearings)
• Electrical troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of controls (photo eyes, reed switches, limit switches, etc.)
• Basic understanding of metalworking, welding principles, and manufacturing principles
