We are seeking a strategic, customer-centric Marketing Product Manager to lead the evolution of our marketing technology ecosystem and customer engagement capabilities.
This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Product, Technology, Data, and Operations . The ideal candidate will combine strong product management skills with deep MarTech, CRM, customer engagement, personalization, and omnichannel marketing experience.

We are seeking a strategic, customer-centric Marketing Product Manager to lead the evolution of our marketing technology ecosystem and customer engagement capabilities.
This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Product, Technology, Data, and Operations . The ideal candidate will combine strong product management skills with deep MarTech, CRM, customer engagement, personalization, and omnichannel marketing experience.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and multi-quarter roadmaps supporting customer acquisition, engagement, retention, loyalty, and personalization.
- Serve as the Product Owner for marketing technology initiatives.
- Manage Agile delivery including backlog management, sprint planning, story writing, prioritization, and release planning .
- Develop Jira epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with Marketing, Engineering, Data & Analytics, UX, Legal, Operations, and vendor teams.
- Lead initiatives across email, SMS, loyalty, personalization, segmentation, customer data, journey orchestration, and campaign enablement .
- Analyze customer journeys, behavioral data, and market trends to identify product opportunities.
- Establish KPIs, measurement frameworks, experimentation strategies, and success metrics.
- Provide roadmap updates, executive communications, risk assessments, and stakeholder reporting.
- Continuously evaluate MarTech platforms and emerging technologies to maximize business value.
- 10+ years of experience in MarTech, CRM, Digital Marketing, Customer Engagement, or related areas.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience leading technology-enabled customer engagement initiatives.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, CRM, CDP, personalization, or customer journey platforms .
- Experience managing email and SMS marketing programs at scale .
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, Product Ownership, Jira, backlog management, and sprint planning .
- Experience developing product roadmaps and leading cross-functional technology initiatives.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data, IT, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and switch priorities quickly .
