About the Role:

Hoods Up Quick Lube LLC is looking for a motivated Lube Technician to join our fast-paced team in Rostraver Township, PA! This is a great opportunity to build your automotive career in a hands-on, customer-focused environment where every day brings something new under the hood.

Responsibilities:

• Perform oil and filter changes efficiently and accurately on a variety of vehicle makes and models
• Inspect and top off essential fluids including coolant, power steering, and windshield washer fluid
• Check and adjust tire pressure and inspect wiper blades, air filters, and cabin filters
• Lubricate chassis components and perform multi-point vehicle inspections
• Communicate recommended services and findings to customers in a clear, friendly manner
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work bay and shop environment
• Work as part of a team to minimize customer wait times and maximize service quality

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and under-hood components
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple vehicles efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
