About the Job

We're looking for a responsible and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is a pivotal team member with a comprehensive understanding of our service offers. They are the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless service experience.

Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at Cemex, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Efficiently process customer orders and credit card transactions through our centralized call system.
• Manage a high volume of calls with a focus on service excellence.
• Collaborate with quality control, sales, and production teams to guarantee timely delivery and service of products.
• Address customer inquiries, providing accurate information and solutions.
• Willingness to spend time observing the production process at facilities or jobsite to get product knowledge.

Who We Are Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• High School Diploma.
• 3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding service standards.
• Proficient in the use of smartphones, digital tools, and app management across both IOS and Android platforms.
• Advanced skills in MS Office suite.
• Bilingual (desirable).
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
• Excellent writing, strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to details, ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Working Conditions

Safety First: Wearing protective equipment and adhering to safety protocols is a must. Office Environment: Primarily in an office environment with occasional exposure to other areas of the facility. Physical Requirements: Expect frequent walking, sitting, lifting (up to 50 pounds), pushing, pulling, and climbing as part of your daily routine.

The expected base compensation for this position ranges from $22.60 to $28.85 depending on, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skill sets, experience, and education.
