About the Role:
Dial Maintenance LLC is looking for a motivated and friendly Customer Service Appointment Coordinator to join our growing team in Las Vegas, NV! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping schedule appointments and ensure a seamless service experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and messages in a professional and timely manner
• Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments using scheduling software
• Coordinate with field technicians and service teams to optimize daily appointment schedules
• Follow up with customers before and after appointments to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain accurate customer records and update databases with appointment details
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and care
• Communicate service updates, delays, or changes to customers promptly

Requirements:

• 1+ year of customer service, scheduling, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with scheduling software, CRM tools, or Microsoft Office
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, patient, and customer-focused demeanor
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• High school diploma or equivalent required
