In this role, you will support the Director of Rooms in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring exceptional cleanliness standards and an outstanding guest experience.The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, leads by example, and demonstrates professionalism and care in every interaction with guests and team members. This individual is passionate about hospitality, committed to continuous learning, and dedicated to supporting their team both personally and professionally.________________________________________Key ResponsibilitiesTo supervise, direct, and assist in the completion of housekeeping tasks assigned to housekeeping team members.Maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer service.Support financial performance by managing departmental budgets, controlling labor costs, monitoring expenses, and reviewing monthly profit and loss statementsRecruit, develop, and mentor team members to build a strong, engaged, and service-driven teamEnsure effective training programs are in place; implement coaching, career development, and recognition initiativesMonitor and manage inventory levels, including linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenitiesCollaborate with the Front Desk team to manage room inventory and enhance VIP guest programsLead by example to ensure all guest interactions are handled with professionalism, warmth, and efficiencyDeliver exceptional customer service by actively engaging with guests and anticipating their needsConduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas; assign and follow up on deep cleaning projects as neededResolve guest concerns promptly and effectively, creating positive recovery experiencesPartner closely with Maintenance and Front Desk teams to coordinate daily operations and ensure seamless communicationSupport other departments as needed, maintaining a collaborative and professional work environmentPerform other related duties as requested by Director of Rooms.#IND200What are we looking for?Compensation:$$Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
