Staff Accountant

As we continue to build out RMS USA, we're adding a Staff Accountant who wants to be part of that growth, not just maintain the status quo. This is a hands-on role across the full accounting cycle in an environment where your contributions are noticed and your ideas can shape how we operate. If you've ever wanted to work where spreadsheets meet toy shelves, this is it.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments to the general ledgerAssist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processesPerform account reconciliations including bank, credit card, and intercompany accountsAnalyze financial data and provide variance explanations to support management reportingMaintain and reconcile the fixed asset register, including depreciation schedulesAssist in preparing financial statements and supporting schedulesEnsure compliance with internal controls and company accounting policiesSupport external and internal audit requests by preparing documentation and schedulesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and process improvementsAssist with sales tax filings and other regulatory compliance requirements as neededQualifications3–5 years of experience in accounting, general ledger, or financial reportingBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldSolid understanding of GAAP and general accounting principlesProficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis)Experience with ERP systems or accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks)Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlinesWhat We OfferOpportunity to join one of the fastest-growing companies in the toy industryCollaborative, energetic, and creative work environmentCareer growth and development opportunitiesCompetitive compensation and benefits packageMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and company holidaysBonus opportunities tied to individual and company performanceJob Type: Full-timeBenefits: 401(k), Medical, Dental, Vision insurance, Paid time offSchedule: 8-hour shiftWork Location: In person — North Andover, MASalary: $55,000-$65,000 + performance based year end bonusRMS International is an equal opportunity employer and values collaboration, creativity, and innovation across our teams.
