Key Responsibilities Lead month-end close activities for assigned business units Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules Perform flux, trend, and variance analysis Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial reporting Partner with operational leaders to understand and improve business performance Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies Serve as the primary accounting resource and financial steward for assigned entities Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Progressive accounting experience with increasing levels of responsibility #J-18808-Ljbffr Cherry Bekaert Recruiting & Staffing Services
