Assembler Position

Lapeer-based manufacturing company committed to excellence in precision manufacturing and craftsmanship is seeking an Assembler to join their team. As a trusted supplier in the RV and specialty vehicle industry that is growing, looking to add dedicated team members who value quality, integrity, and teamwork. This is a 1st Shift position, Monday-Thursday (some overtime is available), 5:50AM-4:20PM. Pay starts at $16, higher for more qualified individuals. Raise after 90 days of being hired on. Candidates must submit a complete up-to-date resume to be considered. Some Manufacturing experience is preferred.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Line Technician. This is an entry-level role — no prior experience is necessary. We provide hands-on training to help you succeed and grow within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly tasks on the production line using basic power tools (drills, drivers, etc.)
• Follow written instructions and measurements to ensure accurate assembly
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Qualifications:

• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Able to read a tape measure and follow simple assembly instructions
• Able to stand for most of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Good attitude, punctual, and ready to be part of a team
