ZING is hiring experienced Compounders to join a growing manufacturing team! If you have experience blending or compounding in the cosmetic, skincare, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, flavor, or fragrance industry , we'd love to hear from you.

This is a direct hire opportunity with competitive pay, overtime available, and long-term career growth.

What You'll Do

• Prepare batch sheets and calculate raw material quantities
• Pre-weigh raw materials using appropriate scales and dispensing equipment
• Compound ingredients according to batch documentation
• Start and monitor the molding process
• Collect samples for Quality Control testing
• Transfer completed batches into designated storage containers
• Maintain batch control and tank cleaning logs
• Follow all SOPs, batch records, and safety procedures
• Assist with additional production duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of blending or compounding experience in the cosmetic, skincare, or similar manufacturing industry
• Ability to read and follow Batch Records and SOPs
• Strong math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to read, write, and speak English (Spanish is a plus)
• Commitment to workplace safety
• Willingness to work overtime

Shift Information

Training is completed on 1st Shift (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM) before moving to your assigned schedule.

Available shifts:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Pay & Benefits

• $27.00 to $30.00 per hour , based on experience
