As a BPA Manager supporting Alcon’s US Surgical function, you will serve as a trusted finance business partner across the Cataract & Glaucoma businesses. You will play a critical role in driving financial performance through insightful analytics, robust planning, and strong operational execution. This role provides end-to-end exposure across planning, forecasting, reporting, and business decision support, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, S&OP and other finance stakeholders at our Fort Worth, TX site.
