As we expand, we’re seeking a full‑time Competition Dance Team Director to lead, inspire, and elevate our competitive team to new heights. What you’ll do in this role: Lead and manage DB Studios’ competitive dance teams, ages 7–18. Choreograph unique, innovative routines across multiple genres (jazz, lyrical, contemporary, hip‑hop, etc.). Oversee training schedules, competition planning, rehearsals, and team auditions. Mentor and inspire students to reach their highest potential—technically, creatively, and personally. Collaborate with fellow instructors and studio leadership to continue evolving the DB Studios brand and artistic vision. Who we’re looking for: A passionate, energetic, and experienced dance educator and choreographer with a strong competitive background. Someone who’s confident leading a team, giving corrections, and mentoring dancers. Strong communication and organizational skills. Excited about innovation and ready to bring fresh ideas to our competition program. Comfortable working evenings and weekends (typical for dance studios and comp seasons).
