Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers to schedule appointments, ensuring they understand the benefits of renewable energy face to face.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and scheduled appointments in our CRM system.
- Provide clear and concise information to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to the development of best practices.
Qualifications
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively with potential customers, ensuring they understand the benefits of renewable energy.
- Proven track record of providing clear and concise information to address customer questions and concerns.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and follow-ups.
- Willingness to participate actively in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple appointments and customer interactions efficiently.
- Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a dynamic, people-oriented environment.
