TACO NACO KC is looking for a high-energy, organized, and hands-on Food Truck Manager to lead our mobile operation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting with people, and can run a tight, efficient shift while keeping the vibes high. You’ll be the face of our food truck, bringing the TACO NACO experience to events, streets, and communities across KC. What You’ll Do: Lead and manage all food truck operations during service Drive the truck to events and service locations (as needed) Execute fast, accurate, and high-quality food service Manage inventory, prep, and daily truck setup/breakdown Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are always met Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the brand Coordinate with leadership on scheduling, events, and logistics Train and lead team members on the truck What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of restaurant or food service management experience Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work independently and solve problems on the fly Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, events required) Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (preferred) Positive attitude and team-first mindset Compensation & Perks: Competitive hourly pay + tips Growth opportunities within a fast-growing brand Fun, team-oriented culture Free/discounted meals Be part of one of KC’s most exciting local concepts Why TACO NACO KC?
