Kids' Multi-Sport Coach & Enrichment Leader

Responsibilities Work with small groups of children across various ages, developing their skills, physical literacy, and teamwork abilities. Use positive reinforcement and maintain a low child-to-coach ratio to help each child feel confident. Facilitate classes, camps, afterschool enrichment, birthday parties, or team training to positively impact children's lives. Be part of making a difference in the lives of over 100,000 participants each year. Requirements Passion for working with children and improving their physical literacy, gross motor skills, and socialization skills! Strong sports background with general sports knowledge. Must have reliable transportation as all programs are run at local schools and parks. Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with children and parents. Must be punctual (classes are held after school in the afternoons and children are counting on you). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to and willing to learn the following sports: Tennis, Pickleball, Golf, and Flag Football. Must have a TB test completed OR completed within the first week of employment.
