If you've ever walked into a facility and instantly thought: "That machine's about to go down" This is your lane. Most companies sell equipment. We protect uptime. And the people who win here? They don't wait to be told what's broken. They already know.

WHAT THIS ROLE REALLY IS

This is a field-based, territory sales role focused on:

• Service Agreements (CSA)
• Parts revenue growth
• Preventing downtime before it happens
• Building long-term customer relationships

You are NOT inside sales. You are NOT order-taking. You own your territory. You own your results.

WHAT YOU'LL DO (DAY-TO-DAY)

• Walk customer sites and identify equipment risk before failure
• Turn service work into long-term maintenance contracts
• Grow parts + service revenue across your territory
• Build relationships with operators, technicians, and leadership
• Prospect new business through daily field activity

• 15 in-person touchpoints/day
• 5 outbound calls/day

COMPENSATION (READ THIS TWICE)

• $40,000 Base Salary
• Uncapped Commission (Parts + Service + Contracts)
• Quarterly + performance bonuses
• $800/month auto + phone allowance

• Sales experience in industrial, parts, service, or equipment environments
• Mechanical awareness (you can "see" problems early)
• Comfort with cold outreach + field prospecting
• A valid driver's license
• A track record of working independently
