The Opportunity

We are looking for a rising star in world of HR who is ready to take the next step in their career and have a significant impact on an organization.

This is a hands-on HR leadership position for someone with a strong foundation in HR operations, employee relations, compliance, talent management, and performance management who is ready to expand their leadership responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with employees, managers, and senior leadership. You'll be expected to solve problems, coach managers, improve HR processes, and help build a strong employee culture — while also taking ownership of the day-to-day HR function.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a trusted HR partner to managers and leadership across the organization.
• Lead and oversee day-to-day HR operations , policies, procedures, and processes.
• Handle complex employee relations matters , including investigations, conflict resolution, performance issues, disciplinary actions, and workplace concerns.
• Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, communication, and HR best practices.
• Lead recruiting and workforce planning efforts, partnering with hiring managers to attract and retain strong talent.
• Oversee onboarding and employee integration to ensure a positive employee experience.
• Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, coaching, and corrective action.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state employment laws and regulations.
• Partner with leadership on compensation, benefits, employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives.
• Monitor HR metrics and employee trends and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data while ensuring appropriate HR reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, policies, and overall efficiency.
• Develop and implement employee training and management development programs.
• Assist with workplace safety, incident reporting, and related employee issues.
• Manage relationships with outside HR vendors and service providers.
• Provide leadership and direction to HR team members while remaining hands-on when needed.
• Participate in strategic HR initiatives and special projects as the organization continues to grow.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience  in a manufacturing, or industrial operational environment. Candidates from other industries will not be considered.
• Demonstrated experience across HR operations and employee relations .
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and coach managers at all levels.
• Experience handling sensitive employee relations issues, investigations, performance concerns, and workplace conflicts.
• Strong knowledge of employment practices and HR compliance.
• Experience with recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on — this is not a purely administrative HR role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility with employees and leadership.
• Excellent judgment, problem-solving ability, and discretion.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.

Who Will Be Successful Here?

This position is particularly well suited for an ambitious HR professional who has already established themselves as a strong HR generalist or HR Business Partner and is ready for more responsibility .

You may currently be an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, Senior HR Generalist, or similar HR professional who has been taking on increasing leadership responsibilities and is ready to make the jump into a broader HR leadership role.

We're looking for someone who wants to build something, influence the organization, and grow their career — not someone simply looking for another HR administration position.
