Recruiting ManagerWe're looking for a Recruiting Manager to lead our driver recruiting strategy while overseeing recruiting operations and leading a high-performing recruiting team. In this role, you'll partner with Driver Operations, terminal leadership, and Human Resources to attract, hire, and retain qualified professional drivers while supporting recruiting efforts across the organization.If you're a recruiting leader who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and using data to drive hiring results, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoLead and develop the recruiting teamBuild recruiting strategies to attract qualified CDL drivers and other key talentPartner with Driver Operations and hiring leaders to meet staffing goalsOversee candidate engagement, onboarding, and recruiting operationsMonitor recruiting performance, compliance, and hiring metricsManage recruiting advertising, sourcing strategies, and the employee referral programAnalyze recruiting data and recommend process improvementsPartner with Information Systems to improve recruiting technology and reportingStay current on DOT regulations, recruiting trends, and industry best practicesTravel to company locations and recruiting events as neededWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience leading high-volume recruiting operationsManagement or supervisory experienceStrong knowledge of recruiting practices and employment lawsExcellent leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skillsAdvanced Microsoft Office skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience leading CDL driver recruiting teamsTransportation, trucking, tanker, or logistics industry experienceKnowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulationsExperience with Workday, Tenstreet, Smartsheet, or similar recruiting technologiesBenefitsWe offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and other valuable benefit programs.Why Join UsLead the team that helps build one of the nation's safest and most respected tank truck fleets.
