Schedule:

• Weekend nights: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 5:30 PM - 6:00 AM

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a CT technologist required (ARRT CT or equivalent)
• Valid state licensure in radiologic technology
• Demonstrated experience in CT imaging, including operation of CT scanners and related equipment
• Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and radiation safety principles
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively during overnight shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT scans as ordered by clinicians, ensuring optimal imaging protocols for accurate diagnostics
• Prepare and position patients safely and comfortably prior to procedures
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals to review images and address clinical questions
• Maintain accurate documentation, adhering to privacy regulations and department procedures
• Follow standard operating practices for infection control and patient safety
• Routinely inspect and maintain CT equipment, reporting malfunctions or concerns promptly
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care, addressing questions or anxieties with professionalism
