This full-time contract opportunity spans the academic year, beginning August 3, 2026, and concluding May 27, 2027. You'll enjoy a structured weekday schedule: 35 hours weekly, Monday through Friday, with standard school hours and a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Exact school assignments and caseload details, including age groups, will be determined prior to your start date, allowing you to focus your expertise where it’s needed most.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active national RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Eligibility for registration as a line technician with the Louisiana Behavior Analyst Board under supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst
• Completion of a 40-hour RBT training and initial competency assessment
• Successful passage of the RBT certification exam
• At least 18 years of age and possession of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Clean criminal background and abuse registry check
• Drug screening and fingerprinting for district credentialing
• Previous experience in school or pediatric settings preferred but not required

Role Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by a supervising LBA
• Collect and record data on student behavior and progress
• Foster a supportive, structured, and positive learning environment
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to promote student success
• Adapt to dynamic school assignments and caseloads according to district needs
