Freedom Mortgage is seeking a Supervisor, SPOC Svcg – Borrower Outreach to oversee the Loss Mitigation team. The role requires in-depth knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA/FHLMC loss mitigation options and compliance with state and federal guidelines. The Supervisor will manage a 10-12 person SPOC team, conduct daily huddles and 1:1s, and ensure adherence to investor, agency and PMI requirements.
