What You'll Do Build and maintain relationships with private equity firms and portfolio company leaders Identify opportunities to introduce FieldPulse across PE-backed organizations Own and manage a strategic pipeline of enterprise sales opportunities Lead discovery calls, executive presentations, and product demonstrations Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Leadership teams Develop account strategies that drive long-term growth and expansion Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management within CRM tools Represent FieldPulse at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities Stay informed on trends within private equity, M&A activity, and the field service industry What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or B2B SaaS sales Experience working with private equity firms or PE-backed companies preferred Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills Proven track record managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders Excellent communication and presentation skills Highly motivated, self-directed, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce preferred Familiarity with field service or home services industries is a plus Why You’ll Love Working Here Impactful, Fast-Paced Startup Culture: Work on exciting projects that truly move the needle.
