[Responsibilities] - Execute advanced soldering and rework on complex circuit card assemblies - Perform BGA reballing, QFN and leadless package repair, SMT and through-hole component replacement - Use microscopes for precise placement and inspection of fine-pitch components - Troubleshoot and resolve assembly defects, collaborating with engineering teams - Develop and implement new rework procedures for evolving product lines - Complete mechanical assembly, including hardware installation and component alignment - Maintain workspace organization, upholding strict safety and quality standards [Required Skills and Experience] - 5+ years in advanced soldering and electronics rework - Strong expertise in circuit card assembly, SMT, and through-hole techniques - Skilled with soldering irons, reflow ovens, microscopes, X-ray, AOI, and AXI systems - IPC certification in soldering/rework (e.g., IPC-A-610, IPC-7711/7721) - Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail - Effective communication and teamwork skills - Proven ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced production settings [Preferred Skills] - Experience developing rework procedures for new products - Familiarity with adhesives and bonding agents for mechanical assembly - Prior work with high-density and fine-pitch components [Benefits] - Competitive pay based on experience - First shift schedule for optimal work-life balance - Opportunities for skill development and IPC certification advancement - Modern, clean, and safe work environment - Team-oriented culture with regular cross-functional collaboration [How to Apply] Ready to advance your career as a Solder Assembler in a high-tech environment?
