- 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM
Pay Rate: $18-$27/hr (depending on shift & experience)
Eligibility: U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with:
- SMT soldering (required for both roles)
- Through-hole soldering (required for 2nd role)
- Strong knowledge of solder defect identification & repair
- Familiarity with IPC / J-STD standards (certification preferred)
- Experience with:
- AOI (preferred)
- X-ray inspection (for advanced role)
- Ability to read technical drawings and assembly instructions
- High attention to detail and quality
