Enterprise App Support Manager - Lead Tier II & ITIL Ops

CGI Technologies and Solutions, Inc.

A major technology solutions provider is seeking an experienced Application Support Manager in Fairfax, Virginia. In this role, you will lead a team providing Tier II support for enterprise applications, ensuring stable performance across various systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience with both modern and legacy applications, and hold an ITIL Foundation Certification.
