What You'll Do

• Provide anesthesia services in a busy Level 2 trauma center with 15 ORs, including ENT and outpatient pediatric cases.
• Assist with scheduled surgeries, outpatient pediatrics, and optionally take call shifts to support the team.
• Ensure patient safety through monitoring and administering anesthesia under supervision.
• Collaborate with surgical and nursing teams to deliver high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia procedures.
• Support ambulatory surgeries and outpatient anesthesia services as needed.

What You Need

• Valid CRNA license in Minnesota.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience in pediatric anesthesia, outpatient/endoscopy, and trauma settings preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle call shifts if willing.
