Physical Therapist (PT), Inpatient Rehabilitation Full‑time. $5,000 Sign On Bonus. Your experience matters. Responsibilities Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition. Establish a plan of care appropriate to identified problems, involving the patient according to their capabilities and desires. Plan, prepare and carry out individually designed programs of physical treatment to maintain, improve or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain and prevent physical dysfunction in patients. Perform therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques and skills appropriate for the age and condition of the patient. Direct and supervise physical therapy assistants, students, and other support personnel; assess competence, delegate specific tasks, and establish channels of communication. Qualifications Physical Therapist license in the state of Ohio. Bachelor's degree preferred. Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Basic Life Support (BLS) obtained within 30 days of hire.
