Amazon Catalog Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Catalog Specialist to join our team on a virtual, offshore basis. This role is ideal for candidates with strong experience in Amazon Seller Central, flat file uploads, and managing support cases with Amazon. Job Overview Responsibilities Create, update, and maintain product listings in Amazon Seller Central. Manage parent/child variation listings and ensure catalog accuracy. Perform and troubleshoot flat file uploads for bulk catalog updates. Open and manage Amazon support cases to resolve catalog-related issues. Optimize listings with correct attributes, titles, descriptions, and keywords. Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and monitor listing health. Skills & Experience Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central catalogs. Hands-on experience with flat file uploads and troubleshooting errors. Strong ability to manage and resolve Amazon support cases. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
