Leasing & Resident Experience Specialist

RPM Living

RPM Living is seeking a detail-oriented Leasing Associate to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations at one of our Wisconsin communities. You will greet prospects, qualify leads, schedule tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process from application to move-in. Daily duties include processing applications, performing credit checks, maintaining showings and a showroom, coordinating with maintenance, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing. #J-18808-Ljbffr
