We are working with a Jacksonville-based commercial general contractor to find a Commercial Construction Superintendent for a clubhouse and amenity project in Port St. Lucie — the kind of build residents will actually use and notice, pool deck to gathering room. This is a recognized and growing firm that brings a distinctive approach to commercial work, combining a high standard of craftsmanship with strong commercial execution. • Manage subcontractors, field crews, inspections, and material deliveries to keep the project on schedule
• Monitor work in place for quality and conformance with plans, specifications, and project requirements
• Maintain project schedules, look-ahead plans, and daily field reports
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and OSHA compliance
• Communicate proactively with the Project Manager, owners, and design teams throughout the project
• Manage punch list and closeout activities to ensure a complete and professional project delivery
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite at all times

What You'll Bring

• 7 or more years of experience as a lead Superintendent on commercial construction projects
• A strong track record of delivering projects on time and to a high standard of quality
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and maintaining schedule momentum on active jobsites
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods across multiple trades
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to represent the company professionally with owners and design teams
• Proficiency in Procore or similar construction management software
• OSHA 30 certification required
• Valid driver's license

What You'll Gain

• A salary in the $110,000 to $130,000 range based on experience
• The opportunity to lead a clubhouse and amenity project — pools, gathering spaces, the stuff people actually use — for a recognized and growing Florida GC
• A firm that brings a high standard of quality and attention to detail to everything they build
• Competitive benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off
• Long-term opportunity within a company that is growing its commercial footprint across Florida

At Framework, we keep it simple: we connect great people with great builders. We're not just filling seats - we're helping construction professionals find real opportunities with companies that value what they bring to the table. Our candidates trust us because we're honest, we follow through, and we never push roles that aren't the right fit. We take the time to understand where you're coming from and where you want to go.

The builders we represent are more than just clients to us. Many of them are friends and longtime partners. If we wouldn't feel confident working for them ourselves, we wouldn't introduce them to the people who trust us with their careers.

On the flip side, our clients count on us to bring high-quality people who are the real deal - both in skill and character. They'll tell you we just get it. We're proud to be the kind of recruiters who do what's right, not what's easy, and we make sure it's a win for everyone involved.
