Phlebotomist

Discover. Achieve. Succeed. Eligible for sign-on bonus up to $4,000! Location: US:WI:BROOKFIELD at our CP-SUNNYSLOPE HEALTH CENTER facility. This job is ON - SITE. FTE: 0.900000 Standard Hours: 36.00 Shift: 1st Shift Details: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 1015-1815 and Friday 1115-1715. Includes Saturday rotation with the hours of 0800-1200.

Job Summary: Responsible for performing phlebotomy and various technical, non technical, and clerical functions.

Experience: Completion of an approved Phlebotomy program or related health care experience including direct patient contact is required. Phlebotomy experience with a minimum of 100 venipunctures is preferred.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Licensure: ASCP certification is preferred.

Special Skills: Ability to read and write necessary to comprehend and follow equipment operating instructions, IFUs and complete required documentation. Basic arithmetic calculations necessary to count instruments and complete count sheets are required. Basic computer, problem-solving and good communication skills are required.
