Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs and supervision of assigned trainees. Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company. BCBAs become eligible for long-term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible. Bonus Structure Monthly Performance Bonuses: bonuses are uncapped, meaning you’ll be rewarded for your impact without waiting months to qualify. Sign‑On Bonus: up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Mentorship Bonuses: provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA and earn bonus pay. Certification Bonuses: get rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision. Relocation Packages available: to ease the expenses of your transition. 401(k) with Company Match. Scheduling and Work-Life Balance Remote Work Benefit: up to 3 work from home days per month, plus up to 16 additional assessment‑related work from home days per year. Research & Innovation: collaborate with Dr. Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute to advance treatment outcomes, transparency, equity, and clinical quality. Clinical Guidance: Our BCBAs are guided by our Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team. Education and Support Continuing Education: a minimum of 10+ free CEUs per year in‑house, extra funds to attend additional training courses, and 2 paid days off to use for CEU events.
