Credentialing: 90 days

Clinical Details

Required scope: General adult anesthesia, spinal, epidural, regional, obstetrical, neurosurgical (head and spine), complex vascular and orthopedic, pain management, epidural steroids (lumbar and cervical), transforaminal (lumbar and cervical), vent management, acute volume/BP management, central and arterial line placement

Requirements

NBCRNA certified or eligible
License: OH required
ACLS, BLS, PALS
Active DEA

Compensation
