Sr. Territory Manage - Field Remote - Must live in San Bernardino/Inland Empire, CA

This field-remote Sr. Territory Manager position is based in San Bernardino/Inland Empire, CA and requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency. Responsibilities Meet or exceed monthly gross sales goal and retain existing members. Build and maintain relationships with contracted providers and community affiliates within the assigned territory. Pursue grassroots efforts through local area marketing to self-generated leads. Attend telemarketing blitzes as required by management. Submit daily activity production reports and/or monthly reports. Distribute CMS-approved marketing materials to prospects, providers and community affiliates. Conduct group or one-on-one presentations to prospects, providers and/or local community affiliates. Understand and comply with all CMS/Medicare and Alignment Healthcare marketing guidelines. Attend ongoing sales trainings and best-practice sessions with team and other departments. Participate in competitor analysis (SWOT) within the market. Cross-train with call-center capabilities to conduct telephonic enrollments, broker support, CMS secret-shopping calls, and inbound/outbound campaign or QA calls as needed. Other duties may be assigned as needed. Supervisory Responsibilities N/A - No direct supervisory duties, but the role requires collaboration with Network team, Member Services, Senior Ambassadors, and Tele-sales colleagues. Job Requirements Experience: Minimum 2 years of business-to-business or business-to-consumer sales experience, or clinical/community outreach, or provider relations. Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree or four years of additional experience acceptable. MBA preferred. Specialized Skills: Ability to motivate and educate providers, community affiliates, members and prospective members; excellent public-speaking and presentation skills; strong computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); solid understanding of CMS marketing guidelines; effective written and oral communication; leadership, teaching, collaboration; mathematical, reasoning, problem-solving, organizational and time-management skills; report-analysis skills. Medicare knowledge or health-insurance background preferred. Licensure: Must maintain an active Life & Health insurance license in the selling state. Additional state licensure may be required. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Regular duties include talking or hearing, standing, walking, sitting, using hands and reaching. Employees frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision and focus adjustment.
