As a Customer Service Representative, you will play an important role in supporting employees of our clients by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance related to benefits and payroll. Position Details

• Pay: $16.00 per hour
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Hours: Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time
• Work Arrangement: Fully remote Gallagher will provide all necessary equipment; you will simply need a reliable high-speed internet connection.

How you'll make an impact

• Provide outstanding customer service and support while building positive relationships with employees and clients.
• Respond to employee inquiries in a call center environment via telephone.
• Assist with benefits and payroll-related questions, research issues, and process required documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and accuracy.
• Meet or exceed quality standards, productivity goals, and performance metrics while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About You

• Required: High School Diploma/GED and 1+ years of related experience.
• Preferred: Previous customer service experience.
• Strong typing skills and basic computer proficiency.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems while assisting customers.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to employee benefits, human resources, or payroll processes.
• Previous call center experience.
• Understanding of the insurance brokerage business and customer service processes/tasks
