Part-Time Office & CSSR Assistant

Nesco Resource is looking for a Part-Time Office & CSSR Assistant. Qualifications include:

• Fluent in English with strong phone communication skills
• Basic knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software preferred
• Good typing and data entry skills preferred
• Professional customer service skills and attention to detail
• Training will be provided for other job-specific duties.

Primary Responsibilities include:

• Receiving rental orders by phone and email
• Processing invoices, payments, and customer records using QuickBooks
• Following up with customers regarding potential and existing orders via phone or email
• Responding to customer inquiries and providing product and service information
• Preparing quotes and related documentation
• Maintaining accurate customer files and office records
• Monitoring and organizing office email communications
• Filing, scanning, and handling general administrative paperwork
• Assisting with scheduling deliveries, pickups, and service appointments
• Supporting daily office operations and customer service activities

Secondary Responsibilities (as needed) include:

• Assisting with event setup and breakdown at off-site venues
• Helping prepare rental equipment and supplies for events
• Providing general assistance around the workplace
• Performing other duties as assigned to support business operations

Schedule:

• Monday, Thursday, and Friday
• 9:00 AM 5:00 PM

Pay Rate:

• $17.00 per hour
