Clinical Sales Account Manager - Chicago, IL or Milwaukee, WI

Clinical Sales Account Manager at Baxter responsible for driving revenue across assigned healthcare accounts in Wisconsin, Iowa, Chicago, and Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Role involves developing sales strategies, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver comprehensive medical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue attainment by developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies for assigned accounts
- Conduct customer negotiations and coordinate product launches to achieve revenue goals
- Lead customer business reviews and collect outcomes data to demonstrate return on investment
- Collaborate with internal sales and service partners to serve shared accounts seamlessly
- Travel throughout assigned territory to build relationships with healthcare professionals and attend regional meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years sales experience or 8+ years relevant sales background
- Preferred: 4+ years validated healthcare product sales or 3 years hospital leadership experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record and ability to drive automobile
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Capital or durable medical equipment sales experience preferred
Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000 annually, plus Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) eligibility
