Title: Chief Marketing Officer Reporting to: President Role Overview Senior leader responsible for defining and executing RLB’s company-wide marketing strategy, strengthening brand equity, deepening customer relationships, and accelerating revenue growth through integrated, data‑driven initiatives. Essential Functions Strategic Leadership Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s overall business goals. Ensure marketing initiatives directly support revenue growth, brand positioning, and long‑term market competitiveness. Collaborate with the executive leadership team to align marketing with sales, product development, and customer experience strategies. Brand and Customer Management Lead brand development, positioning, and stewardship to maintain a strong, differentiated market presence. Oversee customer engagement strategies to deepen relationships and improve loyalty across all touchpoints. Ensure consistent messaging and brand standards across digital, social media, traditional advertising, and influencer marketing channels. Marketing Operations Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across channels. Manage market research, pricing strategies, advertising contracts, and promotional activities. Monitor marketing performance, analyze data and KPIs, and make data‑driven decisions to improve effectiveness and ROI. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop high‑performing marketing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. Ensure the marketing organization consistently delivers high‑quality work that aligns with strategic priorities and organizational objectives. Digital and Analytical Expertise Balance creative storytelling with analytical rigor to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion. Leverage digital marketing tools and technologies, including SEO/SEM, AI‑driven personalization, marketing automation, and growth marketing strategies. Champion data‑driven marketing practices to improve targeting, personalization, and performance measurement. Market Research and Innovation Conduct and oversee market research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and preferences. Identify target audiences, monitor competitive activity, and anticipate emerging market trends. Innovate marketing approaches and test new ideas to maintain and strengthen competitive advantage. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related technical field, or relevant experience. 10+ years of proven experience in senior marketing leadership and brand strategy roles with AEC experience. Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels, proficient in Microsoft Office and creative suites. Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and measure marketing effectiveness and ROI. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management capabilities. Strong ability to lead cross‑functional collaboration and align marketing strategies with broader business objectives. Travel Requirements This position may require some travel to RLB offices across North America, with occasional international travel. Travel may include overnight stays and extended trips, and flexibility to travel on short notice may be needed. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions Work in an indoor office environment using computers and standard office equipment. Ability to work on a computer and answer telephone calls.
