Shift Lead

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 DOE

Shift Team Lead – 2nd Shift
Training on 1st shift; must be flexible for overtime and other shifts as needed
Shift: 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Monday-Friday

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee production at a Manufacturing Company on 2nd shift. This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality production while supporting machine operations, coordinating changeovers, and leading team members.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily production activities and meet output goals
Coordinate machine changeovers, startups, and shutdowns
Monitor processes to ensure quality and efficiency standards
Complete production reports and maintain accurate records
Perform die changes and support machine operation
Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot basic issues
Blend materials and package finished products per procedures
Train, support, and provide break coverage for team members
Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow all policies
Secure facility and equipment at end of shift
Qualifications

Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (required)
Extrusion and/or twister experience (preferred)
Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of machine processes
Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Work Environment & Schedule

Manufacturing setting with continuous standing, walking, and bending
Must be able to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed
