Shop Tank Welder (API / Refinery) Location: Phoenix, AZ Pay: $26-$34/hr Shift: 1st Shift M-F 5am-1:30pm | 2nd Shift (M-F 1:30pm-10:30pm) Responsibilities Perform welding on storage tanks, pressure vessels, and refinery equipment Follow API standards (API 650, API 653) and welding procedures (WPS) Read blueprints and welding symbols Ensure weld quality meets inspection and safety standards Requirements 3+ years of tank, vessel, or refinery welding experience Experience with SMAW, FCAW, GTAW, or GMAW Ability to pass an on-site weld test Strong safety awareness and attention to detail Details Shift: 1st/2nd Shift Pay: $25$34/hr (DOE) Schedule for Weld Testing: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 1:00 PM Project: Long-term Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
