Responsibilities Perform high-quality MIG and Flux-Core welds Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and fabrication prints Fabricate, fit, and assemble components from raw materials Layout and verify dimensions using measuring tools Weld carbon steel and stainless steel in multiple positions Inspect completed welds for quality and structural integrity Troubleshoot fabrication challenges and find solutions Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace Collaborate with fabrication and production teams to meet deadlines What We're Looking For Required 2+ years of MIG welding experience Fabrication experience in a shop environment Ability to read fabrication drawings and blueprints Strong fitting, measuring, and layout skills Experience welding carbon steel Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Ability to produce clean, quality welds consistently Highly Preferred Flux-Core (FCAW) experience Tank fabrication experience Structural steel fabrication Pipe welding experience .035 Hard Wire Root experience .045 Dual Shield experience Hard Wire Root, Fill & Cap welds Field welding experience The Ideal Candidate You're the welder everyone goes to when something needs to be built right.
