MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS MANAGER- onsite
\nHobson Associates is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead daily plant operations, drive continuous improvement, and develop high-performing teams.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Oversee production, assembly, purchasing, planning, and logistics. \n
- Drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements. \n
- Lead supervisors and develop operational teams. \n
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, KPIs, and accountability. \n
- Manage production schedules and resolve quality issues. \n
- Work directly with senior leadership and UK-based ownership. \n
Ideal Candidate: Proven manufacturing leadership experience, strong operational and Lean expertise, and a hands-on management style.
\nThis is a highly visible leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the plant floor and driving results.
