Manufacturing Supervisor
Pay Rate: $44.44/hr
Schedule: 6:30 AM-5:00 PM, with OT/adjustments based on business needs
Location: York, PA

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to support and lead bargaining unit employees in a fast-paced motorcycle manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role, with the majority of the day spent on the production floor.



Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily leadership and support to production employees and team leaders
• Coach, mentor, and provide employees with the tools/resources needed to succeed
• Support manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, and distribution operations
• Help teams meet goals for safety, quality, delivery, cost, people, and sustainability
• Serve as a key point of support for employee and production concerns
• Promote an efficient, productive, and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Background and Drug Screen
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous supervisory experience required
• Manufacturing/production experience preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Comfortable working primarily on the production floor
• Ability to work 6:30 AM-5:00 PM and OT as business needs require
• Must be able to work onsite in York, PA
• Strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, and attendance
• Reliable transportation
