Oracle Flexcube Developer (Migration & Entity Integration)

Location: NYC (Hybrid) – 3 days work from office Duration: Long term

Seeking an experienced Flexcube Developer to lead system migrations and integrate new entities into the Oracle Flexcube Core Banking System. The role involves development, customization, and configuration of Flexcube modules to meet business and regulatory needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute Flexcube migrations, ensuring accurate data mapping and minimal downtime.
• Integrate new entities (e.g., branches, business units) into Flexcube and align with business processes.
• Customize Flexcube functionalities using PL/SQL and Oracle tools.
• Develop workflows, APIs, and reports to enhance system capabilities.
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements, ensure seamless implementation, and provide post-go-live support.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Oracle Flexcube (FCUBS) and core banking migrations.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Database, and Flexcube tools.
• Hands-on experience in integrating new entities and working with APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

• Oracle Flexcube certifications.
