What You'll Do

✅ Operate basic manufacturing equipment, including punch presses, grinders, drill presses, and shears.

✅ Perform mechanical assembly and production tasks using hand tools.

✅ Maintain accurate production and operational records.

✅ Assist with manufacturing processes to support daily production goals.

✅ Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

✅ Follow all safety standards, procedures, and PPE requirements.

✅ Learn new skills through ongoing training and cross-training opportunities.

✅ Support teammates and perform additional duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

✔ Mechanical aptitude and interest in manufacturing.

✔ Ability to safely use hand tools.

✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

✔ Ability to stand, move, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

✔ Dependable work ethic and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

✔ High School Diploma or GED.

✔ Six months or more of metal shop, manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience.

✔ Experience working with mechanical equipment or industrial tools.

✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment

This position is performed in a manufacturing setting where personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. Team members work around machinery, moving mechanical parts, and production equipment in a moderately loud environment. Employees should be comfortable standing for extended periods, frequently using their hands, reaching, and occasionally bending, kneeling, and lifting materials up to 50 lbs.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Syracuse, NY.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
