Full Time Team Member

We're opening a brand-new Chick-fil-A, and we're hiring the first team. There's something different about being here on day one. You're not learning someone else's habits or fitting into an established team. You're helping build it — the standards, the pace, the culture. We're looking for people who want that. No restaurant experience needed. We'll teach you everything. What we can't teach is showing up, caring about the people around you, and taking pride in doing something well. What you'll do Serve guests at the front counter, drive-thru, or in the dining room Prepare food to Chick-fil-A's quality and safety standards Keep your area clean, stocked, and ready for the next rush Work alongside a team that has each other's backs on a busy shift Handle guest requests and problems with genuine hospitality Shifts available Full-time team members are scheduled in one of these shift bands, and we build your schedule around consistent availability: AM Mid: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Mid: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM We're closed every Sunday. Always have been, always will be. What we're looking for A positive attitude and a willingness to learn Reliability — you show up when you say you will Comfort working on your feet in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for the length of a shift Saturday availability is required for every full-time position Availability for one of the shift bands above Must be 18 or older You do not need: prior restaurant experience, a specific degree, or a long resume. Some of our strongest team members started with none of it. What you get Up to $17.00/hour starting pay Health insurance — available to full-time team members Sundays off, every week Free meals on shift A consistent, predictable schedule you can plan your life around Access to Chick-fil-A's Remarkable Futures scholarship opportunities Real leadership development — we promote from within, and this store will need leaders fast A team that treats you like a person, not a number Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job – it’s an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment. Most Chick-fil-A restaurants are locally owned and operated by independent, franchised Operators who invest in the future of their Team Members and give back to their communities. #J-18808-Ljbffr Chick-fil-A
